These terms apply to the following Android apps by Codicium:
Codicium is the developer name of Oleksandr Kucheriavenko, an individual developer based in Ukraine. From March 2027, our trader details are also shown in each app's Google Play listing. You can reach us at codicium91+dev@gmail.com.
The apps are free to download and need no account. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them on your own devices. Please do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer them, except where the law allows it. Your use of Google Play is also covered by Google's own terms.
The apps show ads. Some apps let you watch a rewarded ad to hide ads for a limited time. Some apps offer optional in-app purchases, such as removing ads. The price is shown on Google Play before you pay.
Purchases are sold and processed through Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. A purchase stays linked to your Google account and can be restored by reinstalling the app on that account.
We work hard to make alerts arrive on time, but they depend on your device. Battery saving, notification settings, do-not-disturb, volume, or the system closing an app can delay or silence an alert.
Do not rely on the apps where a missed alert could cause injury or damage. That includes medication, unattended cooking, and safety-critical tasks. Stay near anything on a heat source and use your own judgement.
Breathing and workout apps are for general wellbeing, not medical advice. Stop if you feel unwell, and check with a doctor if you have a health condition.
Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer, including rights under the laws of your country of residence, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Otherwise, we provide the free features of the apps as they are, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of them.
Each app has its own Privacy Policy, linked from its Google Play listing and from our home page.
We may update these terms, and we will post any change on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim there.
