This Privacy Policy applies to the following application developed by Codicium:

1. Overview

Codicium respects your privacy. Our apps are designed to be as private as possible. We do not require account registration, and we do not collect, store, or share any of your personally identifiable information (PII).

2. Data Collection and Use

We do not collect any personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. All timer names, timer durations, and application settings are stored only on your device (in the app's local shared preferences). They are never sent to Codicium or to any other party.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services include:

• Google AdMob: Used to provide advertisements. AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), information about how you interact with ads and the app, and diagnostic information about app and ad performance (such as launch time and responsiveness). Google uses this to serve and measure ads, for analytics and to prevent fraud, and to personalize ads where you have allowed it. • Google Play Services and Google Play Billing: Used for the optional one-time in-app purchase that removes ads ("Remove Ads") and for basic app functionality. Purchases are processed by Google Play. View Google's Privacy Policy

4. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions to function correctly:

• FOREGROUND_SERVICE and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE: To keep running timers alive in the background and show a live countdown.
• WAKE_LOCK: To keep running timers alive and the countdown active while the screen is off.
• USE_EXACT_ALARM: So the "timer finished" alert fires on time, even if the app has been closed.
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: To restore scheduled timer alerts after your device restarts.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: To show the live countdown and "timer finished" alerts in your device's notification area.
• VIBRATE: To vibrate for the "timer finished" alert.
• INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: To load advertisements and handle in-app purchase verification.
• com.android.vending.BILLING: To facilitate the optional in-app purchase.
• AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION and ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS: Added by the Google Mobile Ads SDK to serve and measure advertisements, subject to your consent choices and your device's ad settings.

The App does not request access to your microphone, location, or contacts.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal data, please contact us.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
