Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the following application developed by Codicium:

1. Overview

Codicium respects your privacy. Huge Clock has no account system and no server of our own: we do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details, and nothing you do in the app is sent to us. The only data that leaves your device is collected by the Google services described below.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Your settings, timer and stopwatch state, and the fact that you have removed ads are stored locally on your device only. We do not receive this information, and we do not collect your precise location.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following Google services. Google, as the provider of these services, receives the data they collect and handles it under its own policies:

• Google AdMob: Used to show advertisements. AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), information about how you interact with ads and the app, and diagnostic information about app and ad performance (such as launch time and responsiveness). Google uses this to serve and measure ads, for analytics and to prevent fraud, and to personalize ads where you have allowed it. • Google Firebase Analytics: Used to understand, in aggregate, how the App is used (for example which screens are opened and whether an offer to remove ads is accepted). It may collect device identifiers, app interactions and approximate location derived from your IP address. We cannot identify you from this data. • Google Play (Billing): Purchases, such as removing ads, are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive your payment details; the App only stores locally that ads are removed. View Google's Privacy Policy

Your Choices and Consent

On first launch the App shows Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) where required. Firebase Analytics collects nothing until you have agreed through that form; if you decline, or the form cannot be completed, analytics stays off. Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland can review, change or withdraw that choice at any time via Settings → Privacy settings in the App. You can reset your advertising ID in your Android settings. Ad personalization can also be limited in your Google account's ad settings.

4. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions to function correctly:

• WAKE_LOCK: To keep the screen or CPU awake during active timers or clock display.
• INTERNET: To load advertisements, send consented analytics, and handle in-app purchase verification.
• AD_ID (advertising ID): To let Google's advertising and analytics services use your advertising identifier, which you can reset or delete in Android settings.
• com.android.vending.BILLING: To facilitate in-app purchases.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Apps do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal data, please contact us.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
